Service Evaluation

Each month, Hudson Janitorial sends a scorecard in the invoice envelope. Many clients find it convenient to praise our work but some times they use it to tweak the service in a certain category. Communication is key.

Event Log

We provide a two-way communications binder we call it Event Log. The Event Log allows the client to leave short notes to us and the cleaners can leave a note if they notice something broken, a leaky faucet, low supplies … etc.
